Information for Participants

On-site Registration:

The Registration Desk will be opened during the following hours at the venue.

Registration Fee (On-site):

• All payments must be made in Japanese yen in cash ONLY.
  
• For participants who have completed their registration on-line are requested to bring the confirmation slip.

Name Tags

Please wear your name tag all the times during the meeting for identification and security purposes.
Those who are participating from overseas and are registering on-site will receive their name tags and other materials at the Registration Desk.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue.

No Photos, No Audio & Visual Recording

Photos, audio & visual recording are prohibited.

Cellular Phones

Using cellular phones during the sessions is prohibited.
Cellular phones must be turned off or set to silent mode during the sessions.

Exhibition

The exhibition will be held at 606, 6F, Toshi Center Hotel Tokyo.

Cloak

Cloaks are available at Ran, 5F, Toshi Center Hotel Tokyo.

Message Forwarding

There is neither message forwarding services nor announcements by the secretariat during the meeting. Participants are asked to post their notes on the message boards by themselves.
